Q. Can I return a pool cue that was chalked and/or used?

A.In all but the rarest of circumstances, you cannot return a chalked or used pool cue to us.
Q. Who pays for the shipping of a returned item?

A. You, the customer, pays to ship the item back to our office.
Q. What is your return policy?

A. If you receive any items in unsatisfactory condition due to a shipping problem, please contact us at sales@manyboons.com. There may be shipping insurance on your item and we can seek a solution through the shipping provider. If you are unsatisfied with the product for any other reason, please contact us at the same address and let us know of the problem. We strive to reach 100% customer satisfaction.
