Q. Your shipping costs seem pretty high. Why?
A. We keep our Ebay fees down by off-loading some
of the price of the item into the shipping costs. This means
that we can offer a wide variety of items at all times and
keep our costs significantly under retail.

Q. Are there discounts for shipping multiple items?
A. Of course. The first item is at the stated price,
and the second item will be at a reduced rate. If you buy three
or more items, further discounts apply. Contact us for specifics.

Q. Will you ship to a PO Box?
A.
If the item cannot fit in a PO Box, it will not be sent to one. We have
had many items returned to us because of this problem, and we want to
keep our actual shipping costs to a minimum. The re-sending of packages
to new addresses because of the PO Box issue is very expensive, so if we
are in doubt, we will ask you for a new destination address.
Q. Is there anywhere you will not ship to? International?
A. Given a valid address, we will ship your item to you
anywhere. We have many international customers. Our wide variety
of chalk colors is very popular all over the world.
Q. What if my purchase gets lost in the mail?
A. Please contact us and we will work with you on trying to locate
the items using a variety of tracking tools and reach a satisfactory
conclusion to the problem.
